A Nap !!
You know what they say?
"When the going gets tough, the tough take a nap."
"No day is so bad it can't be fixed with a nap."
"I usually take a two-hour nap from one to four."
But seriously, research professionals have proven that naps are beneficial to our daily health especially as you get older.
What is the proper amount of time to set aside during the day for a nap? Well, that is still being debated but the infographic below gives you an idea of what the majority of studies have found to be true.
In the interest of science, I have tried out all different lengths of naps and my research is still inconclusive. But, in order to bring you the most up-to-date advice I can, I will continue to test and retest various nap lengths every day. I'll let you know what I find out...... Right after I take a nap.
